DWD - Decision Workflows & Dynamics

Rogo, ergo emergo.

I question, therefore I emerge.

DWD is a small, independent laboratory for decision analysis - engineering laid on top of concepts.

An engineer without a lab is only scratching paper. Here the ideas get built, stress-tested, and pointed at real decisions. One mind at the bench, working in the open.

Frameworks
  • MEG Initiative
A governance and liability framework for AI systems: who answers when a machine takes part in the decision.
  • Pareto³ · the Pareto Cube
Prioritisation turned on itself: the few causes behind the few causes behind the few.
  • Maslow Fractal (MaslowF & Maslow7F)
Human need read at finer resolution: a 5x5 or 7×7 extension of the familiar pyramid.

Around these sits a wider ecosystem still taking shape on the bench - the Stan Method and Stan Matrix, the ADI Engine, CONSILIUX, Vocibus. Listed here as work in progress, not as finished promises.

The bench

A working laboratory needs less than people expect. This one runs on two laptops, each with an RTX 5090 and 24 GB of VRAM, and a stack of local models under LM Studio. And... 1 NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super. The computational equivalent of a few flasks and a beaker.

The constraint is deliberate. A method that only works on a data-centre is not a method, it is a rental.

Collaboration

The lab takes on outside problems: consultancy, applied analysis, the frameworks pointed at a decision that actually matters to someone. That door is open.
